History

(NYUCD) was founded inside 1865 as the Just released York College of Dentistry. It merged sustaining NYU inside 1925. NYUCD is a third oldest & the big dental school in the United States. Inside 1957 a College moved into its present house within 1st Avenue, which in 1965 was known as the K. B. Weissman Clinical Science Building. Inside 1978 the Arnold and Marie Schwartz Hall of Dental Sciences was completed. Within 1987 New York University dedicated the David B. Kriser Dental Center. Facilities

NYUCD Library
